Planting our vegetables
WALT Planting our vegetable garden
Planting𐇲𐇲𐇲🃬
Last Friday we went down to our garden. We all had one plant each. When we got there our teacher was talking to us - she said we have to mix the soil up. We found so many earth worms and some of them were long and some were short. Then we got our plants and tapped them softly on the bottom and we made a hole for them to go in. Then we took the plant out and put it in the hole and covered it with more soil and we put the names on the sides of the garden. Then we went back to class.

visit from the Asb
Visit FROM Asb💸💸💰💰
Today Nicky from the Asb visited us and we learned about money and saving and having dreams. She said how we can make them come true and our goal is to plan. We need money to help us and we must save.
She said that there was a boy who did not have lots of money so he said to his neighbours that he will take their bins out and bring them in at the end of the day. So he got lots of money. Sonasi and Sililo and and Nino were helping her. Sonasi put his money in the bank and Nino put his money in a box and Sililo put his under his bed but Sonasi had lots and lots of money because the bank gave him interest.

Smart Relationship
Smart Relationship Qualities🗼
Today we made a tower out of 12 spaghetti sticks and 8 marshmallows and we had to get into groups. It was for cyber smart and I made a plan with my friend, Erich which was hard because we only had 10 minutes to plan.
Our plan did not work out for us so we made another one by talking to each other. We had 4 marshmallows on the ground and 4 sticks going up. I felt scared that it will fall but it didn't fall and we showed peaceful work together and it was 20cm high and we got to eat the our tower afterwards.

kindness and Kaitiakitanga
For cybersmart me and my class did a slide about kindness. it was hard but I did it. I helped some year 4 with theirs and we watched oat the goat. I shared it to my teacher and I put images on my slide and I did a background. It was colourful like a rainbow.
